"Booked last minute through Cheap Caribbean great price. This is a small older resort but don't let that deter you. Room though small appeared recently redone. Resort is very clean and staff is friendly. Food was plentiful and good for all inclusive standards. No problem getting a reservation at three themed restaurants and food was a cut above the buffet. Good drinks with a good pour, good bar tenders. Best part of the resort is all rooms are ocean front. Recommend ground floor which really puts the beach at your doorstep. Travel tip, skip booking an airport transfer and use a Taxi. The island is very safe and taxi fares are set, there is no meeter. Fare from airport is cheap and you don't need to make all the stops the tour shuttles make. All island tours can be booked by the concierge and prices were fair."

"We have just come back from an amazing 2 weeks whilst staying at the Tamarijn Hotel. Our block 19 was an idea location on the beach itself with no rocks. Just to look out from your bed at the beach every morning is fantastic. The beach did have some wind which can be refreshing. Our block wasn't too far from the restaurants and near the beach bar for drinks. Rooms are clean and spacious. Food was excellent with plenty of choice and plenty of tables. The additional restaurants were good; I'll recommend the Red Parrott at the Divi; you can go as many times you like as long you book ahead (48 hours). Staff are pleasant. There's a regular shuttle service between the hotels. I liked the idea of checking in on the transfer coach, it saved the hassle of queuing up at reception plus they give you material bands instead of the hard plastic ones which can scratch. I would recommend taking your own large beaker so it saves you going back and forth to the bars. The tap water is okay to drink so no need to buy bottled water plus there is plenty of places to top up on iced water. At the bars they use most named brands of booze. There was limited things to do for the under 5 year olds as we had our granddaughter. The kids club was for the 7+ but they did allow to attend with an adult for a few hours. The country was safe to travel around and we did the jeep safari so we saw the island which was good. I would recommend this hotel."

"Brilliant hotel, staff are really friendly ,food is great and the hotel is directly on the beach. We have stayed here every time we have visited Aruba and wouldn't stay anywhere else.Dining can be casual in the buffet restaurant or at the Tutti pizza bar or if you prefer to dress up a little you can book Ginger Asian restaurant ,Papparrazi Italian restaurant or the Red parrot down at the Divi which is the sister hotel. We love this hotel so much that we decided to renew our wedding vows there 2 years ago....and were already booking for next year"
